Ad-Hoc Committees

The Boards of Directors of each company has the authority to appoint ad-hoc committees to address needs which may arise over time.  Some of these committees become permanent standing committees while others may dissolve after their mission has been accomplished.  The Board of Directors, the Governance Committee, the Executive Committee or the President (and/or Grandmaster) may appoint such committees and their respective chairpersons.
